No. You cannot be hypnotized to do or say anything which violates your personal standards of behavior or integrity.

Am I asleep?

No. You will be in a state of heightened awareness. You will be able to think, act, talk and move at all times during hypnosis.

How long will it take to see results?

Generally, hypnosis works very quickly depending on the issue and on the level of participation of the client.  We recommend a minimum of 3-4 sessions, one week apart, to begin. Some people receive some type of relief or benefit within the first couple of sessions. Many clients, after achieving their desired outcome often choose to work on other desired outcomes!
